On September 19, a round table "Grain exports from Ukraine" was held in Ukraine at the initiative of the Embassy of Sweden, which was dedicated to the topic of grain exports from Ukraine through neighboring countries, in particular Slovakia. The purpose of the event was to develop alternative export routes, as well as to alleviate the food security situation around the world.
According to Verkhovna Rada Resolution No. 1040, Ukraine will send almost 50,000 tons of grain to two African countries free of charge.
On September 15, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine together with AgroChart signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. AgroChart is one of the world's largest databases containing information on prices and statistics of agricultural markets since 1970.
