8 ships will be sent today as part of the «grain initiative» from the ports of Chornomorsk and Odesa. The total weight of the cargo, which will be corrected, is almost 132 thousand tons, the ships will go to the countries of Africa, Europe and Asia.
Two ships are still waiting for permission to ship, and 6 have already left for their destination. We emphasize that since the signing of the agreement on the creation of the «grain corridor», 212 vessels have exported almost 5 million tons of Ukrainian agricultural products.
It should also be noted that on July 22 in Istanbul, this agreement was signed by Turkish President Recep Erdogan and UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, and similar documents were also signed by representatives of Ukraine, Russia, the UN and Turkey. Thanks to this agreement, three sea ports of Ukraine were unblocked.
