As experts from the APC-Inform platform report, since last Sunday, wheat flour prices have been falling in our country.
The main factors of this decrease are very low sales rates, as the demand for these products is gradually decreasing, and the cost of the raw materials from which this flour is processed is also now gradually decreasing.
So, a few days ago, the price from processors for flour of the highest and 1st grade was set at 11,100-12,600 UAH/t and 10,700-12,100/t, respectively, the price decreased by 200-300 UAH/t compared to the end of February. It is also worth noting that the maximum prices from the above are currently isolated cases.
