The price of berries in mid-summer 2023 is significantly lower compared to the same period last year, the value has fallen by approximately 65%. Currently, 250 grams of products can be purchased for 60-65 hryvnias, according to analysts from the zakaz.ua delivery service.
If last year in the summer the price of berries could really shock our citizens, the prices of which increased three times or more compared to the pre-war period, raspberries cost almost 200 hryvnias for 250 grams on store shelves, this year the situation has stabilized and prices have become more acceptable.
If we compare the prices of other berries, they also fell, namely:
— Lokhina began to cost 35% less, now a kilogram of the product costs 309 hryvnias;
— The cost of one kilogram of blackberries is 300 hryvnias (45% less compared to last year);
— Red currant also began to cost 10% less, 1 kilogram costs 90 hryvnias;
— Honeysuckle 256 hryvnias per kilo, the price fell by 9%;
— Red plums can be purchased for 120 hryvnias per kilo (-8%);
