The price increased from 87 hryvnias for 1 kilogram of products to almost 89 hryvnias. If we compare the price with last year's for the same period, the price tag has increased by almost 10%, then a kilogram of chicken could be purchased for 80 hryvnias and a little cheaper.
The average price of fillets has increased by about 1 hryvnia and now costs 151 hryvnias/kg. In 2022, fillets could be purchased 13% cheaper. According to the data of the Ministry of Finance portal, a whole chicken carcass this month began to cost a little less, currently 1 kg. can be purchased for 74 hryvnias, but the price of fillets has increased even more, up to 150 hryvnias per kilo. A thigh now costs 111 hryvnias on average, and a shin can be purchased for 75.
