Experts also note that since the beginning of this month, the price of young cabbage has increased due to the transition period between the old and new seasons. The supply on the market was very small, and the supply of products in large quantities to the market had not yet started.
Today, the market is so saturated with products that, despite the high demand, distributors are forced to reduce prices. In 2022, the cost of 1 kilogram was about 23% less.
