This week in our country, the cost of this berry from the farms of local farmers and producers has increased significantly, experts from the EastFruit platform report.
According to the producers themselves, the main factor in the increase in the cost of this berry is that the supply on the market is gradually decreasing. At the same time, people have a desire to buy berries in the same quantity as before, due to this, the price starts to rise.
At the moment, taking into account price fluctuations, 1 kilogram of berries can be purchased for 110-150 hryvnias, which is almost 25-27% more than a week ago.
Analysts also note that the blueberry season is gradually coming to an end and the number of products from producers and farmers is also decreasing. To date, most of them have already finished selling middle and early varieties.
As a result, Ukrainians are already forced to buy berries at a price almost 30% higher than a year ago, while analysts note that the price will continue to rise.
