In Ukraine, the price of some categories of products has decreased

Our citizens were warned that before the Christmas and New Year holidays, the prices of products would increase, but as analysts from the today.ua platform discovered, some items, on the contrary, fell in price since the beginning of December.

With the onset of winter, prices in supermarkets have traditionally changed. Thanks to this, it became known where the necessary products can be purchased most profitably.

For example, since the beginning of December, the price of homemade lard has fallen, if last month 1 kilogram cost 260 hryvnias, now it can be purchased for 244 hryvnias. The most profitable of all can be purchased at the Megamarket store, where it costs 170 hryvnias per kilo.

The price of eggs, as predicted, is gradually increasing, on average, the price has risen by 2-3 hryvnias per month, now 10 eggs costs 57-58 hryvnias. Analysts say that by the New Year the price may rise to 75 hryvnias.
Buckwheat, on the contrary, began to cost a little cheaper, the price fell by about 1 hryvnia. You can buy the cheapest cereal at the Auchan store for 24.7 hryvnias.

The price of sugar remained almost unchanged, the price differs by 20-30 kopecks. And on the shelves of the Metro store you can find the cheapest sugar.
