These changes concern the conditions for granting grants for the construction of modular greenhouses: based on a typical project with an estimated area of 2 hectares (not less than 1.6 hectares and not more than 2.4 hectares) with the number of new jobs created at least 14 per 1 hectare of modular greenhouses through their construction, acquisition of means of production (planting material, seeds, technical equipment), including costs of delivery and commissioning.
In addition, the procedure for providing horticultural grants involves the creation of new jobs, a project for the construction of a modular greenhouse, with estimated documentation (according to a standard project), or a project for planting plantations signed by the developer is specified (depending on the type of grant).
