As of September 16, Ukraine exported 8,676,000 tons of grain and legumes from the beginning of the 2024/25 marketing year, of which 1.21 million tons were shipped this month, the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine reports.
As of September 20 last year, the total shipments amounted to 5.902 million tons, of which 1.315 million tons were shipped in September.
Since the beginning of this season, the following crops have been exported:
— Wheat — 4.752 million tons (969,000 tons in September);
— Barley — 1.166 million tons (50,000 tons);
— Rye — 7.5 thousand tons (7.2 thousand tons);
— Corn — 2.505 million tons (169,000 tons).
Total exports of Ukrainian flour since the beginning of the season as of September 16 are estimated at 14,600 tons (2,7000 tons in September), including 13,300 tons of wheat flour (2,4000 tons in September).
