In Ukraine, the price of fruit imported from abroad is stably maintained at a fairly high level. However, the price of traditional New Year's fruits, such as tangerines, bananas and oranges, changed slightly in December.
The price has increased only for some varieties of oranges. On average, you will have to pay UAH 70 per kilogram for premium oranges, which is almost UAH 6 cheaper compared to last month. The price of Turkish products has not changed, but ordinary oranges can now be purchased for UAH 65, which is almost UAH 6 less than in November.
Ordinary tangerines can now be found on supermarket shelves for UAH 63/kg, Turkish products have risen in price and now cost UAH 49/kg, clementine has fallen to UAH 85/kg.
But bananas, on the contrary, against the background of a decrease in the cost of citrus fruits, show an increase in price. So, in November, you could buy 1 kg of product for 58-59 UAH, but today the price starts from 61 UAH.
