Two ships with grain left Ukrainian ports: where exactly and what they are taking

On Monday morning, August 8, two ships with food left the Ukrainian ports of Pivdenny and Chornomorsk. Ships carry about 60,000 tons of agricultural products.

The first ship with Ukrainian food, the bulk carrier SACURA, left the Port of Pivdenny on February 24 and is headed for Italy. 11,000 tons of soybeans are on the ship, according to the Ministry of National Defense of Turkey. Also, the bulk carrier ARIZONA, with 48,000 tons of corn on board, left the port of Chornomorsk for the Netherlands. According to the Turkish agency, the ships are now heading to Iskander, Turkey.

Turkey's Ministry of National Defense said on Twitter: «The four ships that departed yesterday and continue their voyage to Istanbul will arrive in Turkey tonight and will be inspected tomorrow.»

The first Razoni ship bound for Lebanon within the framework of the Istanbul Agreement left the port of Chornomorsk on August 1.

On August 5, the first caravan of three ships Navi Star, Rojen, Polarnet left for Turkey, Great Britain and Ireland.
