The All-Ukrainian Agrarian Council and the SaveUA charity fund received 13.5 tons of vegetable seeds from international partners. The planting material will be handed over to households in the de-occupied territories: Sumy, Kherson, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions by February 15.
Seeds of beets, beans, carrots, onions, peas, zucchini, radishes and lettuce have already been received in Poltava region, Kyiv region and Dnipropetrovsk region.
According to the head of the VAR, this will help sow more than a thousand hectares of land and ensure food security in the affected regions.
