According to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, it became known that the amount of collected products significantly exceeds the amount of consumption, so price growth and product shortages are not predicted.
Also, according to the open information of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, buckwheat prices have been decreasing for almost 4 months in a row, starting from September. Then the price dropped from UAH 93/kg to UAH 88/kg. In stores, groats now cost between UAH 67-72. for 1 kilogram.
