The Interfax-Ukraine news agency reported that on January 11, due to unfavorable weather conditions, no ship left Ukrainian ports and was unable to pass through the maritime humanitarian corridor within the Black Sea grain initiative.
At the same time, on January 9 and 10, dry cargo was also unable to leave Ukrainian ports due to bad weather.
