Privacy policy

General statement

The Privacy Policy Policy (Agreement on the use of the Resource https://produkraine.org/en/- hereinafter the Resource) applies to all information provided by the users during its use.
By using the Resource, the User agrees to their personal data, which they contribute to the Resource and provide it to the Partners, is being used to provide the services offered on the Resource. In case of disagreement with these conditions, the User is to refrain from using the Resource.
The policy applies only to this Resource, does not regulate third party sites to which the User may access the links available on the Resource.

Users’ personal data received and processed by the Resource and its Partners

This Policy understands the User's personal data as following:

2.1 Personal data provided by the User about themselves during registration (account set up) or in the process of using the Resource, including personal data of the User:

email address
name and surname
phone number
region and city
ad information
data on claims, complaints and other appeals of the User sent while using the Resource.

2.2Data that are automatically sent to the Resource during their using with installed software on a device, including cookie information, information about the User's device:

Internet protocol address of the User's computer (for example, IP address)
browser type, browser version
services pages, time of the User’s visit, time spent on these pages
unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data, mobile device type, mobile device IP address, mobile operating system, mobile internet browser type
cookies and other data of these files

The information collected by the Resource contains data, for example, on the number of users who visited the Resource sites, pages visited, data on whether the User has visited the Resource services before, and helps the Resource identify the services in which the User is most interested. This data also gives the Resource the opportunity to improve and expand the User experience.

2.2.1 Cookie data and similar tracking technologies are used to track activity and store information. Cookies are a small amount of data that can include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to the browser from the website and stored on the User's device. Tracking technologies that are also used are beacons, tags and scripts to collect and track information, as well as to improve services.

The user can opt out of all cookies (when changing browser settings). By refusing to use cookies, the User agrees that some parts (functions) of the services may not be available to them.

Purposes of collecting and processing Users personal data

3.1 Ресурс таThe Resource and the Partners collect and store personal data necessary for the provision of services to the User of the Resource, they are processed with the consent of the processing of personal data, for the purposes and methods specified in paragraph 3.2, except where the law provides information within the period prescribed by law.

3.22 The Resource and Partners process the User's personal data, including collecting, receiving, recording, systematizing, accumulating, storing, specification, (updating, modifying), extracting, using, sending (providing, accessing), blocking, deleting, destroying as with automated tools, as without application of such tools, as well as by mixed processing for the following purposes:

identification of the User when registering in the services or authentication of the registered User;
providing the User with access to personalized pages;
establishing feedback with the User, including the direction of messages, requests related to the use of services, processing requests and requests from the User;
confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User;
providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of services;
monitoring the Resource usage;
sending advertising messages to the User, providing the User with personal offers, additional opportunities to use the service, services;
improving the user experience, quality of service and operation of services, ease of use, development of new services;
analysis of user data, conducting statistical and other studies of the User's interaction with the Company and Partners and third parties.

Terms of processing Users’ personal data and its transfer to third parties

4.1 Processing of users’ personal data is carried out in accordance with the Ukraine’s Law "On Personal Data Protection".

4.2 All personal data of the User are kept confidential and secure.

4.3 The Resource and Partners have the right to transfer personal data of the User and / or entrust its processing to third parties in the following cases:

4.3.1 the transfer is necessary for the User's using of the Resource’s and Partner’s services;

4.3.3 in order to ensure the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Resource and the Partner;;

4.4 The Services may contain links to other sites that are not managed by the Resource. If the User follows the link, they will get to a third-party site. The Resource strongly encourages the User to read the privacy policy on each site they visit. The Service does not control or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policy or actions of third-party sites or third-party services.

Measures used to protect Users’ personal data

5.1 1 In personal data processing, the Resource and a Partner take the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, misrepresentation, blocking, copying, providing, disseminating of personal information, along with other illegal actions in relation to User’s personal information regarding the processing of personal data of the Resource and a Partner and the requirements of the legislation on personal data.

5.2The processing of personal data of users is carried out on the equipment located in the protected premises with limited access by certain employees of the Resource and only in accordance with their professional or job responsibilities. Such persons are prohibited from disclosing this information even after the termination of employment with the Manager.

The Resource’s / Partners’ and User’s Commitments/strong>

6.1 The User is to:

6.1.1 provide the Resource Resource and the Partner with reliable User’s personal information necessary for the services using;

6.1.2 notify the Owner of the Resource and the Partner about the change of their personal data within 3 business days from the date of their change.

6.2 The Resource is to:

6.2.1 use the received User’s personal data only for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2 ensure the confidentiality of the User’s personal data;

6.2.3perform other duties provided by the Privacy Policy and the legislation of Ukraine.

Additional conditions

7.1 The Privacy Policy is posted on the website of the Resource and Partners.

7.2 The Users’ personal data are kept by the Company and the Partner for the period necessary to achieve the abovementioned purposes of processing such data. Personal data may be deleted in cases provided by the current legislation of Ukraine or at the official request of the User within 30 calendar days.

7.3 If the Company has made changes to the Privacy Policy, with which the User does not agree, they are to stop using the Resource’s resources. The fact of continued use of the Resource confirms the consent and acceptance by the User of the relevant version of the Privacy Policy. The Resource recommends that the User reviews periodically the Policy for any changes.

7.4 The new Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the website of the Resource, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.

7.5If the User has any questions about the Policy, they may contact the Company via provided on the Resource’s website contacts and receive an answer within 30 calendar days.
