Cookies according to a classic Tuscan recipe! In the classic version of the cookies there are only almonds. We made the perfect dessert for tea or coffee, adding pistachios and cherries. Easy to cook! 176 UAH / bottle. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Gradually add 80 ml of cold water to the mixture in a bowl, stir. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes. Divide into 4 parts and form sausages with a diameter of 4 cm, place on a baking sheet covered with parchment, bake for 20-25 minutes. Let them cool, cut into one-two-centimeter slices, dry in the oven with a slice up at t 170˚C for 10 minutes.
