Central Fish is a Ukrainian producer of canned fish. Since 1998, our company is known for producing high quality products. Our main differences are the many years of experience of our employees, focus on the production of canned food, as well as the availability of a complete technological cycle of production. All this allows us to produce high quality products at reasonable prices. Canned fish only from high-quality fish caught in the Atlantic Ocean, the Baltic and Black Seas, as well as from freshwater fish grown by Ukrainian fisheries. The range of canned fish under the LOKKI and Supi brands has more than 50 items and we are doing our best to constantly expand it by adding new products. Most of our products are carefully hand-crafted by our staff to preserve the natural shape of the fish and therefore the highest quality. We smoke our sprats in smoking chambers using natural wood - alder and cherry, never using artificial substances, such as liquid smoke and others. We are proud of the uncompromising quality of our products, which is one of the foundations on which our company is based. To ensure the high quality of canned fish, we have established an internal quality inspection, which carries out incoming control of each batch of raw materials, production control and overall quality management. Our laboratory is certified for measurements of physico-chemical parameters of fish and seafood. The Quality Inspectorate, which includes laboratory staff, controls the production and sanitation of production and storage facilities, cleanliness of equipment, water, air, and staff hygiene. The quality of our products meets state standards. Our quality management system for canned fish meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 22000. In addition, the quality management system at our company meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001.
